In a world where preservation and access are more important than ever, private collectors face the unique challenge of safeguarding their valuable collections while ensuring they are properly documented. I offer high-resolution photography and digital archiving services tailored to the needs of collectors, helping them preserve the integrity, value, and legacy of their artworks and historical pieces. With a blend of precision, discretion, and museum-grade standards, my work supports collectors in protecting their investments and sharing their cultural treasures when and how they choose.
This large-scale and culturally significant project focused on photographing and archiving approximately 8,000 vintage Arab film posters, including over 200 original hand-painted works by Jusoor — a pivotal figure in the history of Arabic cinema and poster art. His contributions shaped the visual identity of cinema across the Arab world during the 20th century.
Spanning a period of four months, the project was executed in five systematic stages:
1. Receiving and sorting the posters based on size, material, and condition.
2. Preparing each poster with conservation-friendly handling and flattening methods.
3. High-resolution imaging using a Hasselblad H4D-60 digital back and Broncolor lighting system, ensuring exceptional sharpness, tonal depth, and color fidelity.
4. Archival-safe packaging and physical delivery of all posters post-photography.
5. Post-production and delivery of all digitized images on dual hard drives for archival and curatorial purposes.

Given the fragility of many pieces and the uniqueness of the hand-painted artworks, the project demanded a controlled environment and a precision-focused workflow that preserved both the visual and historical integrity of the materials.This experience was both technically and culturally enriching, offering the opportunity to contribute to the long-term preservation of an invaluable visual archive that reflects the evolution of Arab cinema and graphic design.
This project involved the meticulous documentation of over 400 rare Islamic and Arabic calligraphy manuscripts, part of a distinguished private collection. Each piece reflected centuries of artistic and spiritual heritage, featuring intricate calligraphic styles, illuminated pages, and historically significant texts. Working closely with the collector,
I employed high-resolution imaging, precise lighting techniques, and advanced color calibration to preserve the delicate details, textures, and tones of every manuscript. The goal was not only to archive these cultural treasures but also to ensure their accessibility for future generations, scholars, and collectors, while maintaining the integrity and reverence each work deserves.

As part of a broader archival project, I documented a rare collection of Arabic coins, including gold, silver, and copper pieces spanning various Islamic dynasties and historical periods. Each coin was photographed with precision to highlight its calligraphic engravings, mint marks, and patina—essential for both scholarly study and digital preservation.
Using controlled lighting and macro photography techniques, the visual details and textures of these coins were faithfully captured, preserving their historical and numismatic value for future generations.
To achieve exceptional detail and avoid surface glare, I used a Technical camera paired with Broncolor’s fiber optic lighting system, allowing for precise control over directional light.
